Our Senior Women’s House League is more than just a weekly game - it is a community led by women, for women, where all skill levels are welcome and encouraged.
We play on Sunday evenings in a fun, in-house format that focuses on inclusivity, empowerment, and connection - on and off the ice.

All approved teams must wear official Wave jerseys, provided by the league and proudly featuring our Canadian flag patch.
