The Port Colborne Wave Girls Hockey Association is incredibly grateful to the City Hawks Hockey Team for their generous donation of $1,250 following their April fundraiser.
On behalf of the team, Jonathan McCormack shared that the City Hawks are proud to give back to local organizations that foster participation and development in the game we all love. Their contribution is intended to help support players who may be less fortunate or be used in any way that continues to grow the sport and strengthen our hockey community.
“We’re proud to be able to give back and support youth hockey in Port Colborne,” said McCormack. “Thank you for your continued dedication to the community and the sport.”
The Port Colborne Wave extends a heartfelt thank you to the City Hawks for their continued support of local hockey programs. Community partnerships like this help ensure that every player has the opportunity to get on the ice and experience the fun, teamwork, and lifelong friendships that hockey brings.
