Ready to take your skills to the next level? Our U7 program is the perfect transition from fundamentals to playing games. Hone your skills and experience the thrill of competition with sporadic quarter-ice games.
Ages U9-U15, Buckle up for a season packed with weekly practices and games, plus exciting development opportunities to push your limits and become the best player you can be.
U9 format is development, then introduction to half-ice games. Come Jan 15 the transition to full ice games occurs.
U18 and U22 Players: We know you're busy with school, work and balancing life, so we've created a reduced practice schedule while keeping the competitive games you crave.
Teams ranging from U9 to U22 compete in the Greater Hamilton Girls Hockey League. This league operates as a traveling house league, offering a diverse array of opponents for play throughout the season.
